Run north east to the outpost at coordinate (69465, 88742)

Talk to The Iron Challenge Mission Broker named Albert at coordinate (69458, 88736). He's next to a turret.
The mission. Click the "Sure" button.
Close the dialog window.

Completion & Reward

Reward is 25 Nova Fragments and the unlock for Mission - Iron Challenge: 100 Atrox.
