  • When asked to direct one to helpful citizens the mission is started.

Objective: Talk to Wallace Hornby[edit]

  • Find Wallace Hornby just northwest of the PA Marina TP at (61318, 75095, 110).

  • Clicking him completes this objective and gives the option to begin follow-up missions:
