"As the dark towers rise out the mist, you suddenly realize that you have found Chug's Hideout, the legendary smuggler's base.

Ships once started from here to run the blockade around the Restricted Calypso Economic Zone.

Rumor has it that it was the beer that closed it down. As there is no beer import, anyone with a beer would have had to get it from someone who got it from someone who got it from someone at Chug's Hideout. So the authorities apparently traced the beer, found Chug's Hideout, and closed it down."
