Estates are virtual property Entropia Universe avatars can 'own'. Ownership of estates is represented by Estate Deeds which can be auctioned and traded player-to-player. Deed holders can manage certain parameters of their estates via so-called Estate Terminals.

Castles, houses, apartments, etc.

Shops, booths, etc

Options: Yes/No Shops and booths = Yes Apartments, houses, etc = No

Max nr of guests

Probably the max number of people that can be on guest list. Probably it allows access to the place when it's set to private for those on the list.

Item points in display area

This is item points in the displays. Displays for apartments are hallways. In apartment basement shops display is the area in window (brick wall) outside of building, in malls I think it's hallway slots.
