Official Announcement
Great news, Arkadians!
Background information at Event Announcement page here!
Commodore Toán Harvir has authorised the distribution of 174 (One Hundred and Seventy-Four) Unlimited Blueprints for the IFN’s five major equipment suppliers.
Now is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for, to get hold of those Unlimited Blueprints that will underpin the Arkadian economy:
- Armour Blueprints from Lorika Tek
- Mining Blueprints from PTech
- BLP and Laser Weapon Blueprints from Herman Industries
- Sword and Knife Blueprints from MAKO
- Gyro FAP Blueprints from the IFN's own Gyro FAP team
- Blueprints for some of the components required in the manufacture of the above items
Outline
Starting 22nd September in-game time (Press "U" in-game to get the time), the team at Arkadia Studios will be watching Entropia Tracker for "qualifying Globals": Globals, including HOFs (Hall of Fame) and ATH (All Time High), of at least 175 peds.
In order of occurrence, the colonist who achieves each qualifying Global will be matched to the next Blueprint in the list at the bottom of this post, and be eligible to receive the corresponding Blueprint from Cyrus. For example:
- The person who achieves the first qualifying Global will receive the first Blueprint in the list.
- The person who achieves the second qualifying Global will receive the second Blueprint in the list
- ...and so on.
Any one colonist is eligible to receive a maximum of five Blueprints in this competition. Once a colonist has qualified for five Blueprints, he or she is then excluded from further analysis.
The competition will continue until such time as each of the 174 Blueprints has been allocated to a winner, as per the leaderboard (kindly programmed by Starfinder at Entropia Tracker)here. Please note that you need to sign up to EntropiaTracker to view the leaderboard. A qualifying Global must be achieved while crafting an "Arkadian Item", i.e an item found exclusively on Planet Arkadia.

Rules
- The competition will continue until such time as all Blueprints have been allocated to a winner, as per the leaderboard here.
- A "qualifying Global" is a loot of Global, Hall of Fame or All Time High of at least 175 ped, and ]one that is achieved by manufacturing an "Arkadian Item".
- An "Arkadian Item" is one created from a Blueprint that can only be looted on Planet Arkadia, and no other place in Entropia Universe. If you have any doubt as to the Blueprint you have chosen to craft with, you should check with David Dobson - CEO.
- EntropiaTracker (www.entropiatracker.com) will be used to track and decide upon the winners. Arkadia Studios will be committing 3 computers, running the tracker client to ensure all globals are tracked. We encourage everyone to run the EntropiaTracker software to assist in ensuring accuracy of data. If you have any concerns about tracker not recording a global, please contact Starfinder with a valid screenshot of the global.
- A single colonist can win a maximum of five Blueprints.
- Final call on prize winners will be decided by Arkadia Studios.
- Prizes will be ready for collection from Cyrus as soon as they are verified on the leaderboard here. Cyrus will be in-game frequently during the event to pass the winners the BP. You can look for Cyrus at Celeste Quarry Teleporter.
- Arkadia Studios takes a strong stand against foul play. Anyone found trying or caught cheating will be given a direct ban on the forum and the issue forwarded to MindArk for review.
Best of luck, crafters!

Background Story

Chiharo held the ASI-50 in her hand. Good weight and well balanced. Excellent sighting. Zeroed at a range superior to most other pistols available. She took aim and squeezed the trigger five times in quick succession. Five targets exploded in a hail of fragments, completely ceasing to exist. The representative's mouth hung open in stunned surprise.
"Excellent," Chiharo said softly. "This is the best BLP pistol I've used so far. Service and supply on this line of weapons?"
"Full initial kit out of the task force to Arkadia, plus blueprints and exclusive replication rights for the IFN or its delegates."
This time, there was no doubting the smile on Chiharo's face.
"The Admiral's office will have my report by this evening."

Commodore Toán Harvir played again the security footage from the IFN Weapons Range. It had been recorded on the 2nd October 3007, the day Captain Chiharo had settled for the Herman ASI-50 (L).
Blueprints and exclusive replication rights for the IFN or its delegates.
That’s how it was meant to work.
It was the same as what had been arranged with all the other suppliers at Lorika Tek, PTech, Herman Industries, MAKO and the IFN’s own Gyro FAP team.
What hadn’t been addressed was the rate at which the blueprints would become available in normal manufacturing to the colonists. Harvir knew the blueprints of this specific equipment needed to come up a much higher percentage of the time, at least for the short term.
He didn't know how long it would take for things to start running smoothly, but the situation could do with a boost.
It was time to make a few calls.
