2nd Line Support Agent and Software Tester MindArk PE AB

Handling complicated customer support errands, in particular bug reports, but also account management, scam investigations and extensive database searches. PR duties such as publishing News and Release Notes. Part-time assigned to the Test department, where I perform both bug and pre-release testing.


Support Technician MindArk PE AB

August 2009 – December 2010 (1 year 5 months)

First and Second Line customer support, including complicated customer support errands, in particular bug reports, but also account management, scam investigations and extensive database searches. Documentation and News publishing are also part of my duties.
