Project Entropia Dollars (PED) are the in-game currency of Entropia Universe. PED have a fixed exchange rate of 10/1 with the USD. As a consequence everything in Entropia Universe is considered to have a "real world" value, the concept is refered to as a "Real-Cash Economy" (RCE).

There are also Project Entropia Cents (PEC), 100 PEC = 1 PED.
