Newbie to Apprentice: The first 11 Skill Rank titles progress super fast and take you to 2.9% skill point progression. Initiated to Advanced: The next 18 Skill Rank titles progress slower (1% per rank) and take you to 22% progression. Remarkable to Arch Master: The next 15 Skill Rank titles progress even slower (1.5% per rank) and take you to 45% progression. Supreme Master to Ultimate Master: The next 2 Skill Rank titles progress slower again (2% per rank) and take you to 49% progression. Great Master: Marks the halfway point and arrives slower still (2.5% per rank) and takes you to 59% progression. Great Grand Master to Entropia Master: The last 5 Skill Rank titles progress extremely slow (10% per rank) and take you to 100% progression.
