You gain 1 strength after killing 100 Argonauts (a good place to hunt them is north of Twin Peaks) and you unlock the 500 Argonaut Challenge.

Teleport to Jason Center on Eudoria.
Run south east to the lake. Swim over. When you reach the shore, press "T" to teleport to the outpost. Coordinate (76811, 79157).

The Iron Challenge Mission Broker is located at the Outpost South-East of Jason Center at (76816, 79117). His name is Sandor Bauer.
