  Find the Fort Troy Mission Terminal next to the Mobile Service Center at ~(80488, 68318, 160).

  Select the Contact Fujiko Takida mission.

  The mission in your quest log once accepted

After finding NPC Fujiko Takida and initiating conversation with her you will have completed the mission.
