Long since extinct, an unusually well preserved fossil of the Letomie has made possible the re-animation of this giant slug from the dawn of ages. Protests have arisen however, arguing that this kind of tampering with the course of evolution may be dangerous. Anyhow, the letomie is back in the calypsian fauna.

Following the discovery of a Letomie Eyelense, teeth, and backplate over the course of many months this creature was finally revived on Treaure Island on the 27th of March 2009.

This giant slug from the pre-history of Eudoria has a unique mode of attacking. Rather than inch along the ground in the manner of most of its "slug ancestors", a mode of movement it uses when not under attack, it adopts a "head over tail" mode of locomotion. It is akin to an acrobat doing back-flips, for want of a better way of describing it.
