Name Explanation[edit]

"Mal" in Latin is "bad, wrong, Evil" etc. "Cruen" in Latin is "blood red". Cruentor is also Latin, it's a passive verbal form meaning "being blood-stained, full of blood". So It's bad, and it's red. Close enough.
